Mary Vaughn’s Guacamole Dip

Ingredients

4 very ripe avocados
1 small can diced green chilies
1 whole tomato, freshly chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 sprinkle Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons finely grated onion
salt to taste
a shake of red pepper
a little garlic powder, optional

Preparation

     ●Mash the avocados and combine the above ingredients.

     Notes: Try adding a dollop of sour cream to prevent the guacamole from turning dark. Place the guacamole in a bowl and smush clear plastic wrap over the top of the guacamole dip to prevent it from turning brown.
